The cowboy certainly looks great and is by far the most innovative bike in the market. Also the people at the helpdesk are very nice. The problems are: product quality and procedures.
My bike’s engine didn’t kick in. A check at the factory could have easily avoided this.
Also, the app did not register all the trips. I then received a replacement bike. Why couldn’t I simply get a NEW bike?
On the replacement bike, the rear light does not function. This too could have easily been checked before.
Now I’m waiting for what will happen next.
