  Delivery was great, perfectly on time and well comunicated. The design of the bike is beautiful, perfect fit and the right size. Riding the bike is easy and smooth. I had some issues with the app, connecting with the battery failed. After I mentioned it, engineers fixed the problem really quickly and kept me up to date. So conclusion.. A happy biker, who hated cycling before and is riding 100km each week now. And loves it!
