Returns

We're sure you'll love your new bike as soon as you open the box, but if you change your mind it's easy to return it within 14 days. Not sure if Cowboy is the right fit for you? Book a free test ride anytime to find out. We'll come to you.

Bike and pre-installed accessories

When returning your bike it should be in the original packaging, in perfect condition, and must not have been assembled or used.

If you have assembled or used the bike we will need to charge a 'loss of value' fee of up to €500 because we will no longer be able to sell the bike as new.

If you require a new box, let us know and we'll send you one. There will be a charge of €90 if you require a replacement box.

After we receive the bike, we'll refund you the total amount minus the return shipping cost and, if relevant, the packaging and loss of value fee, within 14 days.

Accessories not pre-installed on the bike
Accessories or spare parts purchased on our website can be returned within a 14-day period after delivery as long as the product is unused, sealed in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
